Watch our Short Video on Policy Recommendations for Vermont’s Children

On January 9, Building Bright Futures presented a virtual briefing on The State of Vermont’s Children: 2022 Year in Review. This short video clip from the briefing focuses on the policy recommendations of the Vermont Early Childhood State Advisory Council Network.

The annual recommendations, which were developed with input from BBF Network gatherings throughout 2022, seek to identify the current gaps and needs in policy, promote actionable and measurable priorities for the coming year, and move Vermont toward a more equitable early childhood system.

You can learn more in our 2023 Policy Playbook, which outlines the process for developing recommendations, provides more information on each policy priority, and describes how stakeholders can put the Policy Recommendations into action.
