Family Leadership Coordinator

The Family Leadership Coordinator will provide administrative and organizational support to Building Bright Futures’ Families and Communities Committee. In this newly created role, the Family Leadership Coordinator will work closely with the co-chairs of the Families and Communities Committee to expand the committee’s offerings, recruit new members, and support community and connectivity among current members. Regional Manager

The Regional Manager will support the BBF Regional Early Childhood Councils in Lamoille Valley and Central Vermont regions. The Regional Manager supports Regional Council operations, coordinates the implementation of regional action plans, and serves as a liaison between regional partners and the statewide BBF Network. Vermont Early Childhood Fund (VECF) Grant Manager

The VECF Grant Manager will bring keen project management skills to their oversight of the distribution and compliance of the Vermont Early Childhood Fund, with $1.9M in grants annually going to communities. In this new role, the VECF Grant Manager will take a flexible and collaborative approach to administering  equitable selection of grantees, fund management, and clear communication with grantees. PDG Early Childhood Systems Evaluator

The PDG Early Childhood Systems Evaluator will support BBF in evaluating Vermont’s ability to examine the system of services with an equity lens, understand short and long-term child and family outcomes, and ensure early childhood stakeholders have access to up-to-date data to guide best practices and decision-making. Specifically, this position will be responsible for Vermont’s Program Performance Evaluation Plan, which will use continuous quality improvement with a child-centered and equity focused lens to evaluate progress made in Vermont’s EC system and to promote accountability across the mixed delivery system. Partnership Coordinator  Filled

The Partnership Coordinator will work to support a robust infrastructure necessary to engage early childhood system stakeholders in Vermont to monitor the needs of children and families. The Partnership Coordinator will focus on systems improvement and policy development utilizing BBF’s data, research, and network of regional and state public and private stakeholders.
