Family Supportive Housing

The Family Supportive Housing (FSH) program through the Vermont Department for Children and Families (DCF) “provides intensive case management and service coordination to homeless families with children following evidence-based practice for housing families with complex needs and multiple systems involvement.”

The chart below shows the number of families and the number of children served by Family Supportive Housing during by fiscal year.

Please note, the data for 2019 only includes children under the age of 6 rather than under 18 for the remaining years.
