Vermont uses a Local Coordinated Entry Partnership model to ensure “people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access and are quickly identified, assessed for, referred and connected to housing assistance based on their strengths and needs” as required by The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Coordinated Entry in Vermont is used for people of all ages entering and receiving services.
