Early Headstart – Northeast Kingdom Community Action
Head Start programs provide education, health, nutrition, community and social services to low income children (ages 3-5) and their families. Parent partnership is a cornerstone of the programs. Full day, full year centers offer families who are in full-time employment or education/training programs five full classroom days per week, for 6-10 hours per day depending on the needs of the family. The philosophy of our full day, full year classrooms is founded on a play-based, child-centered curriculum, primary care giving, and multi-age programming with a strong family centered component. There are income guidelines. Call for more information. Gilman CFDP Center P.O. Box 231 Gilman, VT 05904 Phone: 802-892-5997 Fax: 802-892-5997 Lyndonville CFDP Center P.O.
